This recipe of vegetable soup is devoted to all vegetarians. Often people think that vegetarian food is not so tasty and nutritious. But we propose to cook a rich soup which is not inferior to soups cooked on meat broth in its eating quality.
Peel a carrot, potatoes and an onion. Slice the potatoes. Chop the carrot and onion and sauté. In a saucepan, pour in the milk and water (50%/50%), add salt and boil. Add sliced potatoes and sautéed vegetables into boiling milk. Pour Myllyn Paras Classic Oat Flakes before soup is ready and keep on cooking to make it ready. Serve with crushed fresh herbs.
