This porridge is a healthier substitute for sweet treats. It can be easily cooked in a microwave if you use a large microwave proof bowl (glass or plastic). When cooking in microwave, be aware that when porridge starts to boil it can very quickly boil over the bowl.
In a large bowl, put the oats, pieces of chocolate and pour in the milk. Microwave on High (800 W) for approximately 1.5 minutes. Then stir thoroughly to let the pieces of chocolate dissolve in the porridge. Keep on cooking for 1 minute. If your porridge starts boiling over then reduce power to low. Serve with the grated chocolate on top.
