Overnight No-Cook Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • 100 g Myllyn Paras Big Oat Flakes
  • 100 g black currants
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon crushed nuts
  • 100 ml thick yogurt
  • For decorating:1 tablespoon fresh or dried blueberry

Cooking time: 10 minutes in the evening, 5 minutes in the morning

Instructions

Overnight no-cook oatmeal is an excellent choice for busy mornings. The oatmeal rests overnight in a fridge and in the morning, you just quickly prep it and enjoy it. Also, because it hasn’t been boiled, it has retained maximum amount of health benefits.

At the bottom of a deep glass, mix the black currants and Myllyn Paras Big Oat Flakes. Add honey, cover with plastic wrap and leave to stand to swell for a night in a refrigerator.

In the morning, prepare the porridge in the glass layer by layer. Put the blueberries on the swollen mix, then put a layer of crushed nuts, then put the layer of thick yogurt and for decoration add berries.
