Prep a broth on bone-in pork putting a peeled uncut onion, pepper, herbs and bay leave at the end of boiling. Chop an onion finely, grate a carrot and sauté. Put cubed potatoes and salt into a boiling broth, cook until it is ready and then add sautéed vegetables and Myllyn Paras Big Oat Flakes. Keep on cooking for 3 minutes. Serve with fresh herbs.
