Scrumptious tomato soup is served hot as well as cold. Enjoy!
Chop finely the onion and garlic, fry on the olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes, fry with the onion. Pour in the broth, put the cubed bread slices without bread crusts and a bit of salt and ground pepper. Simmer with the lid on for 30 minutes. Add 100 g Myllyn Paras Classic Oat Flakes and stir thoroughly. Take fireproof pots, divide soup between these pots, sprinkle with cheese, oil and bake in the oven. Serve with rusk or garlic bread.
