If you’re an office worker and has to clock in every morning, then you must be pressed for the time to cook breakfast. For young office workers, when given the choice between breakfast and sleep-in, they would mostly choose the latter. To sleep just 5 more minutes after the alarm goes off feels happier than to sleep 5 more hours at night.
Many would skip breakfast or buy 2 steamed buns at some roadside stand for that 5 more minutes’ sleep. We’ve introduced the importance of breakfast before. You may click here for those posts.
Breakfast problem boils down to the tight time. You have no time to cook or eat in the morning and the breakfast from street stands may not be clean and healthy.
Today we’ll introduce you a special breakfast. For those who want both that 5 more minutes of sleep and a healthy breakfast, this is really a “dream come true.” (internet slang, meaning news so exhilarating that everyone is celebrating and spreading it around the world)! The name of the breakfast is No-cook Oatmeal Mix.
You can tell by its name. No-cook means you do not need to turn on the gas or microwave which means speed. It is indeed very quick a recipe, taking only 1 minute in the morning to prepare. Of course you need to spend a few minutes the night before to get relevant ingredients ready so that you could enjoy the breakfast directly in the morning. What’s more, if you do not have the time to eat, you can pack and take it to office. Apart from being timesaving, it is also truly healthy judging by the ingredients:
The main ingredient is Myllyn Paras Big Oats. It is 100% imported from Finland that is pure and excellent in quality. Since it is no-cook, it can both save time and retain maximum nutritional value. Honey and yogurt are good for digestion and they will enrich flavor when put into the oatmeal porridge. You can also add banana and blueberry for decoration (If you do not have them at home, you can put some nuts like peanuts instead or simply not to put anything for decoration).
