Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons Myllyn Paras Instant Oat Flakes
  • 1 l broth (chicken or vegetable)
  • 4-5 squashes of medium size
  • 200 ml nonfat yogurt
  • 1-2 carrots of medium size
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • Pepper, salt

Cooking time 25 minutes

Instructions

One more recipe of super healthy and light soup! No troubles, just pleasure and health benefits.

Wash and peel all the vegetables. In a saucepan, fry finely chopped onion and garlic. Chop the squashes and carrots and add to the onion and garlic. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously. Pour in the broth, add Myllyn Paras Instant Oat Flakes and simmer until vegetables are ready. Pour out the broth into a separate dish. Heat the yogurt mixed with the broth. Blend the vegetables. Pour the liquid in the vegetable puree, stirring bring to the boil. Serve hot or warm, decorate with herbs and pieces of vegetables.
