Such a flavored soup, which can be easily cooked! You can use tomatoes in their own juices but without vinegar and preservatives. That will let you save time. If you use fresh tomatoes, it is better to take ripe and fleshy ones. Before cooking, you should keep tomatoes in hot water for a while and then peel.
In a saucepan, heat olive oil (1 tablespoon) and fry the chopped onion and carrot, put the garlic and the wine and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add to sautéed vegetables the tomatoes, the bell pepper, and paste and sauté till it is like a puree (fresh tomatoes should be sautéed for a longer time). Blend this puree. Add seafood, potatoes, 1 glass Myllyn Paras Big Oat Flakes and cream, pour in the water to good consistency and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve with chopped basil, salt and black pepper.
